2. With unmatched accuracy, the feeding amount is meticulously controlled by a cutting-edge photoelectric switch, guiding the sheet through the advanced automatic feeding chain track into the oven for optimal heating.
3. Post-heating, the sheet material advances into the (first station) forming system. Here, the sophisticated positive and negative pressure forming process is executed flawlessly, culminating in cooling and precise molding completion.
4. Transitioning smoothly, the expertly formed sheet material moves into the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, where product punching is executed with precision.
5. Following initial punching, the sheet material advances to the (third station) punching system through the meticulously designed automatic feeding chain rail, executing further product refining with impeccable accuracy.
6. After completing the punching process, the sheet material seamlessly transitions into the (fourth station) stacking system via the automatic feeding chain track, ensuring efficient stacking of finished products. Concurrently, waste material is efficiently managed by the waste automatic winding system, ensuring a clean operation.
