Our machine features an expansive molding area, reaching up to 850mm by 720mm. It accommodates a maximum product depth of 135mm and supports board thickness from 0.2mm up to 2mm, offering unparalleled flexibility in your production.


Benefit from enhanced molding speeds and a comprehensive device that integrates material collection, heating, molding, punching, cutting, palletizing, and waste recycling. Powered by a robust servo motor and backed by 15 years of production expertise, this equipment promises stability, efficiency, and safe operation.

2.The system includes in-mold punching and cutting (two stations), shift-mould punching (three stations), and shift-mould punching and cutting (four stations). Enjoy fully automatic and precise punching capabilities with an accurate indentation line, ensuring a long life without breakage. The equipment's compact structure minimizes space and material usage. Our pure transparent PP molding solution addresses cold punching and cutting issues, while CPET, PLA, and BOPS materials are processed without producing plastic powder or burr. With automatic stacking, counting, robotic gripping, and conveying, 400KG of production requires only 1-2 workers for packaging.

1. Begin the seamless process as the sheet material effortlessly enters through the state-of-the-art automatic feeding system, setting the stage for precision and efficiency.

4. Transitioning smoothly, the expertly formed sheet material moves into the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, where product punching is executed with precision.


5. Following initial punching, the sheet material advances to the (third station) punching system through the meticulously designed automatic feeding chain rail, executing further product refining with impeccable accuracy.

After completing the punching process, the sheet material seamlessly transitions into the (fourth station) stacking system via the automatic feeding chain track, ensuring efficient stacking of finished products. Concurrently, waste material is efficiently managed by the waste automatic winding system, ensuring a clean operation.


7. The final touch of automation: stacked products are precisely handled by the advanced robotic arm, seamlessly entering the conveying system. This leads to the packaging station, where each item is expertly packaged and boxed, ready for delivery.
