Our machine excels with its high-speed molding capabilities and comprehensive functions including material collection, heating, molding, punching, cutting, palletizing, and waste recycling. The compact structure minimizes space usage and optimizes material savings. Our solution ensures pure transparent PP molding without producing plastic powder or burrs. Equipment Operation Overview
1. The sheet material begins its journey by entering the automatic feeding system, ensuring a seamless start to the process.
2. The feeding amount is precisely controlled by a state-of-the-art photoelectric switch, guiding the sheet into the oven via the automatic feeding chain track.
3. After being expertly heated in the oven, the sheet proceeds to the (first station) forming system, where our advanced positive and negative pressure techniques create the perfect mold.
4. The intricately formed sheet advances to the (second station) punching system via the automatic track, achieving precise and clean product punching.
5. Following the initial punching, the sheet continues through the (third station) for additional punching, ensuring flawless product completion.
6. Post-punching, the sheet progresses to the (fourth station) stacking system via the automatic track, where products are meticulously stacked, while waste is efficiently managed through the automatic winding system.
7. Finally, the precision-stacked products are deftly grasped by the robotic arm, seamlessly integrated into the conveying system, proceeding to the packaging station for a polished finish, ready for boxing.
