Product Description:
The high-speed blister machine can blister various types of films such as: (PVC, PET, PP, PS, etc.) into plastic covers of different shapes. For example, toys, hardware, food, electronics, medicine, etc. are covered with transparent film and sealed on cardboard to form a tight package. This machine can also produce plastic ceilings, wall panels, cake boxes, automobile materials and sanitary materials with three-dimensional relief patterns.
Features of high-speed blister machine:
1. Adopt vertical pull-tab design: the pull-tab is fast, uniform and stable, shortens the time the pull-tab takes up, is more adaptable to environmentally friendly materials, reduces power consumption, and ensures product molding quality.
2. Independent group temperature control: It is assembled with special dense flat far-infrared ceramic hair pieces to achieve uniform temperature: it saves 50% more power than traditional machines.
3. The electric furnace uses closed heating to make heating more uniform and reduce heat energy loss. It is also equipped with a manual switch to control the vertical lift of the electric furnace, which is beneficial to controlling product quality during the production process. Thick film or PP sheet can be heated with upper and lower double electric furnaces (customized by customers) to speed up the heating time and increase production speed.
4. This machine is equipped with a vibration demoulding device, which is difficult to deform and easy to demould for difficult products.
5. Double-row sharp needle chain drive, high-speed operation to ensure accuracy and stability, equipped with an adjustable width device, so that the machine can maximize the use of film and reduce waste.
6. The whole machine is equipped with a water cooling device and high-speed cold water spray to speed up the molding speed and ensure the molding quality. The production speed is twice as fast as the traditional one.
7. The built-in secondary vacuum makes it easier to form difficult products, improves product quality and reduces the scrap rate.
8. The entire machine uses all imported electrical appliances and pneumatic components from internationally renowned manufacturers. The quality is absolutely reliable, safe and durable.

A:Usually finish the production within 45 days after received your 30% advanced payment, actually need to check according our stock & production plan.

A: We will finish installation and training within 15days.
