Equipment Operation Overview
1. Seamlessly, the sheet material begins its journey through the automatic feeding system, which ensures smooth and efficient entry.
2. A precise photoelectric switch meticulously controls the feeding amount, guiding the sheet on an automatic chain track right into the oven for perfect heating.
3. Once heated to perfection, the sheet material transitions into the (first station) forming system, where it undergoes a sophisticated positive and negative pressure forming process, culminating in the mold where it cools and sets into its desired shape.
4. The expertly formed sheet material next advances to the (second station) punching system via the automatic chain track, where precise product punching is expertly executed.
5. Subsequently, the sheet advances seamlessly to the (third station) punching system on the automatic feeding chain rail, for an additional layer of precise product punching.
6. Following the final punching, the sheet material is conveyed to the (fourth station) stacking system, achieving immaculate stacking of the finished products. Simultaneously, waste material is collected efficiently by the waste automatic winding system, ensuring a pristine production environment.
