Advantages of this machine:
1.The host screw adopts an exhaust-type single screw. Compared with twin screws, a single screw can reduce the viscosity drop of PET resin and better maintain the original toughness of the original sheet. The produced sheet has good toughness and good gloss.
2.The screw of the main machine is equipped with an exhaust device, which allows the raw materials to remove moisture from the raw materials in the barrel during the plasticizing process, reducing drying energy consumption, saving electricity, and producing better products and sheets with higher transparency.
3.The screw exhaust section of the main machine is equipped with a vacuum device, which can extract water more cleanly and ensure a lower rate of sheet defective products.
4.The front end of the extruder is equipped with an automatic material suction system, which can reduce manual feeding work and can automatically replenish materials.
5.The inlet of the main machine is equipped with a quantitative feeder, which can work synchronously with the main machine and feed materials simultaneously to avoid overhead situations caused by excessive feeding.
6.The host screen changer adopts cylindrical double-station. The cylindrical type has better wrapping and less material leakage.
7.The melt metering pump uses an imported pressure sensor in front of the pump, which can precisely realize the synchronization between the metering pump and the host machine.
8.The three-roller calender is driven by a servo motor, and the sheet forming rollers can be precisely synchronized with the host machine.
9. The traction device and the double-station winding machine are driven by servo motors. The winding machine is equipped with an automatic meter counting device. The winding size can be controlled synchronously with the host machine.
10. Control system: realize fully digital high-precision control.
