3. Upon being expertly heated within the oven, the sheet material is then transitioned to the (first station) forming system via the automatic feeding chain track. Here, the art of thermoforming unfolds as the sheet undergoes the positive and negative pressure forming process. Molds bring your designs to life through cooling and shaping, ensuring impeccable form and detail.
4. Next, the newly formed sheet material advances to the (second station) punching system through the automated chain track. This precision stage completes the essential product punching, delivering crisp and clean results every time.
5. Following initial punching, the sheet material proceeds to the (third station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain rail. This station further refines the product through additional punching, ensuring flawless execution.
