1, Fully automatic multi-station positive and negative pressure thermoforming machine utilizing vacuum forming technology for plastic sheets. It integrates machinery, electrical, and pneumatic systems with microcomputer and PLC control, featuring a complete HMI. Configurations available in three stations (forming, cutting, stacking) and four stations (forming, cutting, punching, stacking), reducing manual labor and enhancing production efficiency in a clean, automated environment.
2, The electric furnace temperature control system employs computer-based intelligent automatic compensation for precise and uniform heating, divided into three sections with one-to-one temperature control. It offers low energy consumption (about 30% savings), quick heating (0 to 400 degrees in 3 minutes), and stability (temperature fluctuation within 1 degree), with options for four or five heating segments.
3, Servo-driven sheet feeding with continuously adjustable lengths for high-speed accuracy and stability.
4, Sheet feeding chain rail width can be automatically or independently adjusted.
5, Quick mold change design featuring a T-shaped platform with quick positioning devices for easy mold replacement, including safety locks.
6, Memory function for storing up to 1,000 production data sets for easy retrieval in future production.
7, Safety sensing doors around the equipment automatically stop the machine when opened, with a transparent glass operator interface.
PP, transparent PP, PE, PS, HIPS, KPS, PVC, PET, GPET, ABS, and all other heat formed processed sheet materials.
