Our solution prevents plastic powder and burr creation during cold punching and cutting of CPET, PLA, BOPS. It integrates automatic punching, cutting, stacking, and counting with robotic gripping and conveying. With a low manpower requirement, just 1-2 workers can manage 400KG of product packaging effortlessly.
Our state-of-the-art machinery accommodates a wide array of sheet materials including PP, transparent PP, PE, PS, HIPS, KPS, PVC, PET, GPET, ABS, and all other heat-formed processed sheet materials, ensuring versatility and precision for diverse packaging needs.
Equipment Operation Overview
1. Seamlessly, the sheet material is introduced into the system through our advanced automatic feeding mechanism, setting the stage for efficient processing.
2. The precise feeding amount of the sheet is meticulously managed by a photoelectric switch, guiding it into the oven via the automatic feeding chain track for optimal thermal conditioning.
3. Once heated, the sheet material progresses to the (first station) forming system. Here, it undergoes an expertly controlled positive and negative pressure forming process, culminating in cooling and shaping within the mold.
4. The precisely formed sheet material is then ushered into the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, where it achieves flawless product punching.
5. Post-punching, the process continues as the sheet material moves to the (third station) for an additional round of meticulous punching through our streamlined automatic feeding chain rail.
6. Following the final punching, the sheet enters the (fourth station) stacking system via the automatic feeding chain track, where products are expertly stacked. Concurrently, waste is efficiently directed into the waste automatic winding system, ensuring a clean and organized production line.
7. Finally, the stacked products are skillfully handled by a robotic arm, which seamlessly integrates them into the conveying system, guiding them to the packaging station for precise boxing and dispatch.
