1. The sheet material is meticulously guided into the system via the automatic feeding system, ensuring seamless and efficient throughput.
2. Utilizing the precision of a photoelectric switch, the sheet's entry into the oven is expertly managed through the automatic feeding chain track, guaranteeing optimal material handling.
3. Once heated, the sheet material advances to the (first station) forming system where it undergoes a cutting-edge positive and negative pressure forming process. This is expertly completed through cooling and shaping within the mold, ensuring precision and quality.
4. The precisely formed sheet is then transitioned to the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, where precise product punching is performed to perfection.
5. Following the initial punching, the sheet material is transported to the (third station) punching system, ensuring seamless progression and completion of any additional product punching requirements.
6. After the punching stages, the sheet material is expertly directed to the (fourth station) stacking system. Here, products are neatly stacked, while any waste is efficiently managed by entering the waste automatic winding system, completing the waste winding process with minimal effort.
