3. Once heated, the sheet material advances to the first station forming system, where the advanced positive and negative pressure forming process takes place. It is expertly cooled and formed in the mold to achieve the desired shape.
4. The perfectly formed sheet is then deftly transferred to the second station punching system, where precision punching of the product is executed with accuracy.
5. Post-punching, the sheet material seamlessly moves to the third station punching system, ensuring the completion of additional punching requirements with superior precision.
6. Following the final punch, the sheet is gracefully transferred to the fourth station stacking system. Here, product stacking is conducted efficiently, while waste material is managed through an automated winding system for optimal waste handling.
