2.The machine is equipped with in-mold punching and cutting capabilities across two stations, with shift-mould punching available in three and four-station configurations. Its compact design occupies minimal space while optimizing material use with reduced product spacing. Perfect solutions are available for pure transparent PP molding and addressing cold punching and cutting issues with CPET, PLA, and BOPS materials, eliminating plastic powder and burr creation. Equipment operation overview
1. The process begins as the sheet material smoothly enters the automatic feeding system, setting the stage for efficient production.
2. With precise control from the photoelectric switch, the sheet material is guided into the oven via the automatic feeding chain track, ensuring consistent quality.
3. After optimal heating within the oven, the sheet material advances to the (first station) forming system where it undergoes the sophisticated positive and negative pressure forming process, culminating in cooling and shaping within the mold.
4. The expertly formed sheet material then proceeds to the (second station) punching system through the automatic feeding chain track, where precise product punching is executed.
5. Post initial punching, the sheet material transitions to the (third station) for further punching processes, ensuring flawless product formation.
6. Subsequently, the sheet material is directed to the (fourth station) stacking system via the automatic feeding chain track, achieving meticulous product stacking, while the waste is seamlessly carried to the waste automatic winding system for efficient waste management.
7. Finally, the stacked products are expertly picked by the robotic arm and smoothly fed into the conveying system, advancing to the packaging station where they are elegantly boxed and ready for delivery.
