Equipment Operation Overview
1. Initiating with precision, the sheet material is seamlessly guided into the system through our state-of-the-art automatic feeding mechanism, ensuring efficiency from the start.
2. The feeding process is expertly managed by a photoelectric switch, dictating the precise sheet entry into the oven via our innovative automatic feeding chain track.
3. Once optimally heated within the oven, the sheet material advances to the (first station) forming system. Here, the sophisticated positive and negative pressure forming process takes place, skillfully cooling and shaping the material within the mold.
4. The meticulously formed sheet is then transferred to the (second station) punching system, where it undergoes precise punching through our seamless automatic feeding chain track, ensuring immaculate product definition.
5. Following the initial punching, the sheet proceeds to the (third station) for an additional round of precise punching, facilitated by our advanced automatic feeding chain rail, perfecting the product contours.
6. Post-punching, the sheet transitions to the (fourth station) stacking system. Here, expertly arranged stacking of the products is completed, while waste material is efficiently directed to the waste automatic winding system for effective disposal.
7. The culmination of precise engineering sees the stacked products expertly handled by a robotic arm, which seamlessly integrates them into the conveying system. The products then move to the packaging station, where they are meticulously packaged and boxed, ready for distribution.
