1. Begin the seamless process as the sheet material is gracefully guided into the system through our state-of-the-art automatic feeding system, initiating the journey to impeccable formation.
2. The precision of our equipment is demonstrated as the sheet feeding amount is meticulously controlled by a photoelectric switch. The material then advances into the oven, carried smoothly by the automatic feeding chain track, setting the stage for the next transformation.
3. Once heated to perfection within the oven, the sheet material proceeds to the first station forming system. Here, the intriguing process of positive and negative pressure forming unfolds, with the sheet being expertly shaped and cooled within the mold to achieve flawless results.
4. Transitioning to the second station, the formed sheet material is seamlessly delivered to the punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, ensuring precise and efficient product punching.
