Equipment Operation Overview

2. With precision control courtesy of the photoelectric switch, the sheet advances into the oven along the automated feeding chain track, ensuring optimal material handling.
3. Heated within the oven, the sheet progresses to the (first station) forming system. Here, it undergoes a meticulous positive and negative pressure forming process, followed by cooling and shaping in the mold, resulting in perfectly formed products.
4. Once formed, the sheet transitions to the (second station) punching system via the automated feeding chain, where precision punching perfects the product.
5. Entering the (third station) punching system through the automated chain rail, the sheet undergoes additional precision punching, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
6. Following the final punching, the sheet moves to the (fourth station) stacking system. Here, products are meticulously stacked, and any waste is efficiently handled by our waste automatic winding system.
