With a molding area reaching an impressive 850mm by 720mm, our machine can craft items with a maximum depth of 135mm. It supports board thickness ranging from a delicate 0.2mm to a robust 2mm, catering to diverse production needs.

Experience unparalleled molding speed with our all-in-one device. This powerhouse integrates material collection, heating, molding, punching, cutting, palletizing, and efficient waste recycling. Driven by a precision servo motor, and backed by 15 years of production expertise, it guarantees stability, efficiency, and safe production.

 

2.Our machine features advanced in-mold punching and cutting capabilities across two to four stations, ensuring seamless automation. Experience precise, fatigue-resistant indentation lines, long-lasting crease lines, and a compact design that saves space and materials. Perfect solutions for pure transparent PP molding, tackling CPET, PLA, and BOPS challenges without leaving plastic residue or burrs. Automated punching, cutting, stacking, and counting, plus robotic gripping and conveying, simplify operations. Just 1-2 workers can manage 400kg of output!

Comprehensive Equipment Operation Overview

1. Begin the process with the sheet material conveniently entering the system through our innovative automatic feeding system.

2. The precise feeding amount is expertly controlled by a photoelectric switch, seamlessly guiding the material into the oven via the automatic feeding chain track.

3. Once heated, the sheet material advances to the (first station) forming system, where the magic happens. The positive and negative pressure forming process is completed to perfection through cooling in the mold.

4. The expertly formed sheet material progresses to the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, achieving flawless product punching.

5. Post-punching, the sheet material advances to another (third station) in the punching system, continuing the precision punching process for superior quality.

6. The journey continues as the sheet material moves to the (fourth station) stacking system through the automatic feeding chain track, efficiently stacking products while waste is expertly handled by our automatic winding system.

7. Finally, the robotic arm takes over, expertly transferring stacked products into the conveying system, proceeding to the packaging station where they are seamlessly boxed and ready for dispatch.
