Comprehensive Equipment Operation Overview
1. Begin the process with the sheet material conveniently entering the system through our innovative automatic feeding system.
2. The precise feeding amount is expertly controlled by a photoelectric switch, seamlessly guiding the material into the oven via the automatic feeding chain track.
3. Once heated, the sheet material advances to the (first station) forming system, where the magic happens. The positive and negative pressure forming process is completed to perfection through cooling in the mold.
4. The expertly formed sheet material progresses to the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, achieving flawless product punching.
5. Post-punching, the sheet material advances to another (third station) in the punching system, continuing the precision punching process for superior quality.
6. The journey continues as the sheet material moves to the (fourth station) stacking system through the automatic feeding chain track, efficiently stacking products while waste is expertly handled by our automatic winding system.
7. Finally, the robotic arm takes over, expertly transferring stacked products into the conveying system, proceeding to the packaging station where they are seamlessly boxed and ready for dispatch.
