Equipment Operation Overview
1. Begin the process as the sheet material seamlessly enters the system through the state-of-the-art automatic feeding system.
2. Utilizing a sophisticated photoelectric switch, the precise feeding amount is regulated, guiding the material into the oven with the aid of a meticulously designed automatic feeding chain track.
3. Upon heating via the automatic feeding chain track in the oven, the sheet material transitions to the (first station) forming system, where the intricate positive and negative pressure forming process is expertly executed through cooling and shaping within the mold.
4. Following its formation, the sheet advances to the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, where it undergoes precise product punching.
5. Post-punching, the material proceeds to the (third station) where it is meticulously punched once more, facilitated by the automatic feeding chain rail.
6. Subsequent to the second stage of punching, the material navigates to the (fourth station) stacking system, efficiently organizing the products into a neat stack. The accompanying waste is expertly managed by the waste automatic winding system, initiated via the automatic feeding chain track, ensuring seamless waste winding.
7. Finally, the precision-stacked products are adeptly handled by the robotic arm, effortlessly transferring them into the conveying system. They then proceed to the packaging station, where they are meticulously packaged into boxes, ready for distribution.
