1.Our fully-automatic disposable food container manufacturing machine, proudly developed by Dongguan Taizhang Machinery Co., Ltd., boasts the largest formation area available in the industry, setting new standards in production capabilities.


Capable of crafting products within a substantial molding area of 850mm by 720mm, this machine supports a maximum product depth of 135mm and accommodates board thickness ranging from 0.2mm to 2mm, offering unparalleled flexibility and precision in product design.


Experience superior molding speeds and comprehensive functionality with this advanced system, which integrates material collection, heating, molding, punching, cutting, palletizing, and waste recycling operations. Powered by a robust servo motor and backed by 15 years of production expertise, our equipment guarantees enhanced stability, efficiency, and safe production processes.

2.Our state-of-the-art machine offers in-mold punching and cutting capabilities across two to four stations, including shift-mould punching. Its fully automatic punching feature ensures precise and durable indentation lines, preventing breakage and ensuring longevity. The compact structure minimizes space usage while optimizing product spacing and material conservation. Our solution for pure transparent PP molding and the elimination of cold punching and cutting breakage in CPET, PLA, and BOPS materials ensures a clean and efficient production process. Automatic functions include punching, cutting, stacking, counting, robotic gripping, conveying, and loading, with just 1-2 workers required for packing 400KG.

Equipment Operation Overview

Compact Thermoforming Making Machine for Efficient Flowerpot Manufacturing
1. Initiating the process, the sheet material seamlessly enters the automatic feeding system, primed for efficiency.


2. With precision control offered by the photoelectric switch, the feeding amount is meticulously managed as the sheet heads into the oven via the automatic chain track.


3. Post-heating in the oven, the sheet transitions to the (first station) forming system. Here, the innovative positive and negative pressure forming process occurs, achieving thorough cooling and forming within the mold.


4. Moving forward, the expertly formed sheet enters the (second station) punching system through the automatic chain track, where it achieves precise product punching.


5. Following the initial punching, the sheet is guided into the (third station) punching system via the automatic chain rail, executing additional accurate product punching.


6. Concluding the punching phase, the sheet is directed to the (fourth station) stacking system through the automatic feeding chain track, where it undergoes seamless product stacking. Meanwhile, waste material is efficiently managed as it is directed into the waste automatic winding system for disposal.


7. For the final flourish, the robotic arm gracefully takes over, automatically grabbing the stacked products and feeding them into the conveying system. The journey continues to the packaging station, where products are meticulously packaged into boxes, ready for dispatch.
