Comprehensive Equipment Operation Overview
1. Experience seamless automation as the sheet material progresses through the sophisticated automatic feeding system, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted entry into the next phase.
2. With the smart photoelectric switch in control, the precise feeding amount is expertly managed. The sheet material journeys through the automatic feeding chain track, entering the oven for optimal heating.
3. Once heated, the sheet material is gracefully ushered into the (first station) forming system. Here, it undergoes an impeccable positive and negative pressure forming process, achieving perfect cooling and shaping within the mold.
4. The expertly formed sheet material is then guided to the (second station) punching system through the automatic chain track, where it achieves flawless product punching with remarkable efficiency.
5. Post initial punching, the sheet continues its journey through the automatic feeding chain rail, arriving at the (third station) punching system to complete the product punching with high precision.
6. After the precise punching, the sheet material transitions to the (fourth station) stacking system. Products are impeccably stacked while waste is efficiently managed and wound into the waste automatic winding system, ensuring zero clutter and maximum productivity.
7. Finally, the neatly stacked products are deftly handled by the robotic arm, seamlessly fed into the conveying system and onward to the packaging station, where they are carefully packaged into the box, ready for distribution.
