Equipment Operation Overview

1. The journey begins as the sheet material effortlessly glides into the automatic feeding system, perfectly designed for seamless operation.

2. With precision control by the photoelectric switch, the sheet material is adeptly guided into the oven via the automatic feeding chain track, ensuring optimal feed.

3. After an optimal heating phase in the oven, the sheet material transitions to the (first station) forming system. Here, it undergoes the positive and negative pressure forming, skillfully cooled and shaped within the mold.

4. The expertly formed sheet material progresses to the (second station) punching system, where state-of-the-art technology completes the precise product punching.

5. Following this, the sheet material advances to the (third station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain rail, ensuring flawless product punching execution.

6. The journey continues as the sheet material reaches the (fourth station) stacking system, where products are meticulously stacked. Simultaneously, waste is efficiently managed and directed into the waste automatic winding system, perfectly completing the waste winding process.

7. The final act sees the stacked products being gracefully captured by the robotic arm. They seamlessly proceed into the conveying system, advance to the packaging station, and are elegantly packaged into boxes, ready for dispatch.
