Equipment Operation Overview
1. The sheet material smoothly enters the processing line through our highly efficient and seamless automatic feeding system.
2. Our innovative photoelectric switch precisely controls the sheet feeding amount, seamlessly guiding it through the automatic feeding chain track into the oven for optimal heat application.
3. Following precise heating in the oven, the sheet material is expertly guided into the (first station) forming system. Here, it undergoes meticulous positive and negative pressure forming, resulting in perfectly cooled and formed products within the mold.
4. The expertly formed sheet material is then conveyed to the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track to execute precise product punching, ensuring impeccable results.
5. Post initial punching, the sheet material seamlessly advances to the (third station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain rail, concluding the product punching phase with superior accuracy.
6. Subsequent to the punching phase, the sheet material progresses to the (fourth station) stacking system through the automatic feeding chain track, efficiently completing product stacking. Concurrently, the waste material is directed to the waste automatic winding system, ensuring effective waste management and winding.
7. With precision, the stacked products are automatically grasped by our robotic arm, which deftly moves them into the conveying system. They are then seamlessly transferred to the packaging station for secure boxing, ensuring a smooth end-to-end packaging process.
