Super Advantage
1. The sheet material enters the automatic feeding system through the automatic feeding system.
2. The feeding amount of the sheet is controlled by the photoelectric switch, and it enters the oven through the automatic feeding chain track.
3. The sheet material enters the (first station) forming system after being heated by the automatic feeding chain track in the oven, and the positive and negative pressure forming process is completed by cooling and forming in the mold.
4. The formed sheet material enters the (second station) punching system through the automatic feeding chain track to complete the product punching.
5. After punching, the sheet material enters the (third station) punching system through the automatic feeding chain rail to complete the product punching.
6. After punching, the sheet material enters the (fourth station) stacking system through the automatic feeding chain track to complete the stacking of products. The waste enters the waste automatic winding system through the automatic feeding chain track, completing the waste winding.
7. The stacked products are automatically grabbed by the robotic arm and fed into the conveying system, entering the packaging station, and then packaged into the box.
