Equipment Operation Overview
1. Effortlessly, the sheet material journeys into the automatic feeding system, initiating a seamless production process.
2. A state-of-the-art photoelectric switch meticulously regulates the sheet's feeding amount. It then smoothly progresses through the automatic feeding chain track into the oven.
3. Once heated in the oven, the sheet material advances to the first station forming system. Here, masterful positive and negative pressure forming processes occur, resulting in precise cooling and forming within the mold.
4. Elegantly formed sheet material transitions to the second station punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, achieving impeccable product punching.
5. Post-punching, the sheet material gracefully moves to the third station punching system through the automatic feeding chain rail, ensuring flawless product punching.
6. Upon completion of punching, the sheet material advances to the fourth station stacking system via the automatic feeding chain track. Products are meticulously stacked, while any waste is directed into the waste automatic winding system for efficient waste management.
7. Masterfully stacked products are deftly grasped by a robotic arm, seamlessly transported into the conveying system, and introduced to the packaging station for secure boxing.
