Equipment Operation Overview

1. The process begins as the sheet material is seamlessly directed into the automatic feeding system, setting the stage for efficient production.

2. With precision control by the photoelectric switch, the sheet progresses to the oven via the automatic feeding chain track, ensuring optimal heating conditions.

3. Upon reaching the (first station) forming system, the heated sheet undergoes an intricate positive and negative pressure forming process, cooling in the mold for perfect shaping.

4. The meticulously formed sheet is then transferred to the (second station) punching system through the automatic chain track, where precise product punching is executed with finesse.

5. Advancing to the (third station), the sheet undergoes another phase of precise punching, optimizing product quality and consistency.

6. Following punching, the sheet progresses to the (fourth station) stacking system, where products are expertly stacked, and waste is efficiently managed through the automatic winding system.

7. Finally, the stacked products are expertly maneuvered by an advanced robotic arm into the conveying system, smoothly transitioning to the packaging station for secure boxing.
