Equipment Operation Overview
1. Effortlessly, the sheet material embarks on its journey through the automatic feeding system, ensuring seamless material handling right from the start.
2. The precise feeding amount of the sheet is meticulously controlled by a photoelectric switch, guiding it into the oven via an efficient automatic feeding chain track.
3. Upon entering the (first station), the sheet material is expertly heated as it travels through the oven on the automatic feeding chain track. Here, it undergoes a sophisticated positive and negative pressure forming process, culminating in cooling and forming within the mold.
4. The journey continues as the intricately formed sheet material progresses to the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, where it undergoes precise product punching.
5. Post-punching, the sheet material advances to the (third station) punching system through the automatic feeding chain rail, completing yet another phase of meticulous product punching.
6. Progressing onward, the sheet material reaches the (fourth station) stacking system through the automatic feeding chain track, finalizing the product stacking. Meanwhile, any waste material is efficiently directed into the waste automatic winding system via the same track, ensuring comprehensive waste management.
7. In the final stages, the stacked products are deftly handled by a robotic arm, which smoothly integrates them into the conveying system. From there, they enter the packaging station, where they are expertly packaged into boxes, ready for distribution.
