Equipment Operation Overview
1. The sheet material seamlessly enters our advanced system through the automatic feeding system, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
2. With precision control by the photoelectric switch, the sheet is expertly fed into the oven via the automatic feeding chain track, maintaining optimal processing conditions.
3. After heating in the oven, the sheet advances to the (first station) forming system, where our state-of-the-art technology ensures precise positive and negative pressure forming, followed by cooling and shaping in the mold.
4. The expertly formed sheet material then moves to the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, where product punching is performed with precision.
5. Following the initial punching, the sheet continues seamlessly to the (third station) punching system on the automatic feeding chain rail, completing further product punching with flawless execution.
6. Post-punching, the sheet transitions to the (fourth station) stacking system through the automatic feeding chain track, achieving immaculate product stacking. Meanwhile, waste material is efficiently managed through the waste automatic winding system, ensuring environmentally responsible operations.
7. Finally, our robotic arm expertly handles the stacked products, transferring them to the conveying system. The products then proceed to the packaging station, where they are meticulously packed into boxes, ready for distribution.
