1.Introducing our state-of-the-art fully-automatic disposable food container manufacturing machine, proudly developed by Taizhang Machinery. With the largest formation area in its class, this machine is engineered for exceptional precision and productivity.


Boasting a remarkable molding area of 850mm x 720mm, this advanced machine can create products with a maximum depth of 135mm. It accommodates board thickness ranging from 0.2mm to 2mm, ensuring flexibility and precision for various applications.


Experience unparalleled efficiency with our high-speed molding capabilities. This sophisticated device integrates material collection, heating, molding, punching, cutting, palletizing, and waste recycling seamlessly. Powered by a robust servo motor and backed by 15 years of production expertise, it ensures stable, efficient, and secure manufacturing processes.

2.Our cutting-edge technology offers in-mold punching and cutting across two to four stations, including shift-mould punching. With fully automatic punching, the machine guarantees precise indentation for fatigue-resistant crease lines. Its compact structure optimizes space usage and reduces material waste. Specially designed for pure transparent PP molding solutions, it addresses cold punching and cutting challenges for CPET, PLA, and BOPS, eliminating plastic powder and burrs. Enjoy seamless automatic stacking, counting, robotic gripping, conveying, and loading, with only 1-2 workers needed to pack 400KG efficiently.

Equipment Operation Overview

1. The sheet material seamlessly enters our advanced system through the automatic feeding system, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.


2. With precision control by the photoelectric switch, the sheet is expertly fed into the oven via the automatic feeding chain track, maintaining optimal processing conditions.


3. After heating in the oven, the sheet advances to the (first station) forming system, where our state-of-the-art technology ensures precise positive and negative pressure forming, followed by cooling and shaping in the mold.


4. The expertly formed sheet material then moves to the (second station) punching system via the automatic feeding chain track, where product punching is performed with precision.


5. Following the initial punching, the sheet continues seamlessly to the (third station) punching system on the automatic feeding chain rail, completing further product punching with flawless execution.


6. Post-punching, the sheet transitions to the (fourth station) stacking system through the automatic feeding chain track, achieving immaculate product stacking. Meanwhile, waste material is efficiently managed through the waste automatic winding system, ensuring environmentally responsible operations.


7. Finally, our robotic arm expertly handles the stacked products, transferring them to the conveying system. The products then proceed to the packaging station, where they are meticulously packed into boxes, ready for distribution.
